Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping and handling fees. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
International Returns For international orders, customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees associated with returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance for your return shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
